Tourist Visa requirements:

1. Clear copy of your passport including the photo page of your passport and any pages with amendments, endorsements, visa, and entry/exit stamps.
2. 1 passport-sized photo (head and shoulders only against a plain background)
3. Form 1419 – Application for a Visitor Visa – Tourist Stream
4. Form 956A – Appointment or withdrawal of an authorized recipient.
5. Birth Certificate issued by the Philippine Statistics Authority
6. Marriage Certificate issued by the Philippine Statistics Authority if married.
7. Documents to show you are a visitor
Student:
• Certificate of enrollment
• School ID (front and back)
Employed:
• Employment certificate indicating length of employment and annual salary and bank statement showing salary credits for the last three (3) months.
• Latest Income Tax Return.
Self-employed:
• Business Permits
• DTI / Sec Registration
• Latest Income Tax Return
If visiting relatives or friends, provide all documents below:
• Letter of invitation from your relative or friend in Australia
• A copy of the bio page of their passport
• Evidence that they have the necessary funds to support your intended stay.
• Proof of Accommodation
8. Documents to show your financial capacity
• Bank certificate showing the average daily balance for the last three (3) months, and
• Bank statement/s showing account transactions for the last three (3) months
9. Proof of Properties (e.g.: land title, car registration, etc.)
10. Minor Applicants (Below 18 years of age):
NB: A Travel Permit from the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) does not constitute consent. Minor applicants are required to provide documents below.
For children traveling with one parent:
• Duly accomplished Form 1229 by non-traveling parent, and parents’ contact information and valid government-issued ID with signature
For children traveling with someone other than a parent:
• Duly accomplished Form 1229 by both parents and both parents’ contact information and valid government-issued ID with signature, and
• Duly accomplished Form 1257 by the person who will be responsible for you to Australia and valid government ID.

Terms & Conditions:

1. All Visa fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once paid regardless of the Cancellation/Granting/Withdrawal/Termination/Denial of Application.
2. Amkor Travel and Tours, Inc. does not disclose any results of the visa application/s via phone, SMS, and or email.
3. The embassy does not return any original documents submitted by the applicant/travel agency, except for passports.
4. Amkor Travel and Tours, Inc is not liable for any damages including loss of passports and/or documents during shipment (e.g. grab/lalamove/etc.)
5. Please bring the Original Receipt and a valid ID upon claiming. If passports will be claimed by an authorized representative, please present the following:
• Original Receipt
• Applicant's ID
• Authorization letter
