CANADA TOURIST VISA REQUIREMENTS

LIST OF REQUIREMENTS
Applicants Primary Requirements

• Application for Temporary Resident Visa (IMM5257E): computerized, dated and signed.
• Family Information Form (IMM 5707): Head and shoulders only, against a plain background.
• Original passports and a copy of the passport bio-data page.
  • Passport should have a minimum of two blank visa pages and minimum 6 months validity.
  • Your passport must be valid for the duration of your stay in Canada. Include all previous passports, if applicable.
• 2 pcs passport sized pictures
• Proof of financial support to cover the expenses for the duration of your visit:
  • Bank Certificate and Bank Statement covering the past 6 months
  • Latest Income Tax Return

IF THE APPLICANT IS AN EMPLOYEE/ BUSINESSMAN

• Letter of employment on official company letterhead specifying the following:
  - your position, length of employment and income; the full address and phone numbers for the company and the name and position of the person signing the letter for the last 3 months)
• If self-employed/Business, SEC/DTI with Business Permit/Mayor’s Permit

IF THE APPLICANT IS A STUDENT

• School ID
• School Certificate
• Affidavit of support
• Financial documents of supporter
• PSA Birth Certificate

PROOF OF PURPOSE OF TRAVEL (as applicable)

• Details of your itinerary in Canada
• Provisional travel arrangements (airline or hotel booking)
• Letter of invitation from the person or business you will visit
• Registration at a conference
• PSA Birth Certificate and Marriage Certificate
• Photocopy of Land/Property Title (if applicable)

NOTE:

IF THE APPLICANT NOT PAYING FOR THEIR TRIP

• Provide a letter signed by the person paying and a photocopy of their passport, or other official identification with photo and a bank certificate with statement proving that they have sufficient funds.
• Proof of relationship to sponsor

IF THE APPLICANT INVITED BY THEIR RELATIVE/ FRIEND

• Invitation letter which indicates complete address, contact details and email address in Canada
• Copy of biographic page of passport o Proof of residency document:
  • Utility Bills
  • Copy of Visa (Working visa, Student visa, etc)
  These documents must be dated within three months of the date on which the application is submitted

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• All Visa fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once paid regardless of the Cancellation/Granting/Withdrawal/Termination/Denial of Application.
• Amkor Travel and Tours, Inc. does not disclose any results of the visa application/s via phone, SMS, and or email.
• The embassy does not return any original documents submitted by the applicant/travel agency, except for passports.
• Amkor Travel and Tours, Inc is not liable for any damages including loss of passports and/or documents during shipment (e.g. grab/lalamove/etc.)
• Please bring the Original Receipt and a valid ID upon claiming. If passports will be claimed by an authorized representative, please present the following:
  • Original Receipt
  • Applicant's ID
  • Authorization letter
