Tourist Visa requirements:

1. Accomplished Application form
2. 2 pcs 2x2 colored picture
3. Foreign Nationals must provide explanation letter why they're applying their visa here in Philippines instead in their country of Origin. Handwritten is not allowed.
4. Passport with a minimum validity of six months from the intended date of return from India.
5. Photocopy of the passport bio page.
6. Copy of the reservation Ticket and not Confirmed ticket needs to be produced at the time of submission of the application (two way ticket).
7. Proof of financial standing / recent bank statement
8. Invitation letter from family / friend / sponsor in India
- Financial statement of family / friend / sponsor in India
- Passport photocopy of sponsor.
- If married to Indian National kindly provide a marriage certificate.
- If minor kindly provide birth certificate and marriage certificate of parents.

The provision relating to 2 months gap between two visits of a foreign national to India on a Tourist Visa has been reviewed by the Government. It has been decided to lift the restriction of two-month gap on re-entry of foreign nationals coming to India except in case of nationals of Afghanistan, China, Iran, Pakistan, Iraq, Sudan, Bangladesh, foreigners of Pakistan and Bangladesh origins and Stateless persons and in such a case, permission should be sought from the Head of Indian Mission in the region and registration would be required within 14 days of arrival in India with the FRRO.

*Embassy may ask for additional document if needed from the applicant.

Terms & Conditions:

1. All Visa fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once paid regardless of the Cancellation/Granting/Withdrawal/Termination/Denial of Application.
2. Amkor Travel and Tours, Inc. does not disclose any results of the visa application/s via phone, SMS, and or email.
3. The embassy does not return any original documents submitted by the applicant/travel agency, except for passports.
4. Amkor Travel and Tours, Inc is not liable for any damages including loss of passports and/or documents during shipment (e.g. grab/lalamove/etc.)
5. Please bring the Original Receipt and a valid ID upon claiming. If passports will be claimed by an authorized representative, please present the ff:
• Original Receipt
• Applicants ID
• Authorization letter
6. Strictly No Cancellation/Passport pull-out allowed once lodge at the Embassy.
