If Student: • School Certificate
• Copy of School ID
If Senior Citizen:
• Copy of Senior ID
If with guarantor:
• Affidavit of support/Letter of guarantee
• Proof of relationship (birth, marriage certificate, pictures together etc.)
If with Inviter:
• Invitation Letter
• Proof of relationship (birth, marriage certificate, pictures together etc.

1. Approved Leave of Absence (from Company)
2. Bank Statement for the last 6 months
3. Travel Insurance (30,000-euro coverage)
4. Flight and Hotel Reservation

Terms & Conditions:

1. All Visa fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once paid regardless of the Cancellation/Granting/Withdrawal/Termination/Denial of Application.
2. Amkor Travel and Tours, Inc. does not disclose any results of the visa application/s via phone, SMS, and or email.
3. The embassy does not return any original documents submitted by the applicant/travel agency, except for passports.
4. Amkor Travel and Tours, Inc is not liable for any damages including loss of passports and/or documents during shipment (e.g. grab/lalamove/etc.)
5. Please bring the Original Receipt and a valid ID upon claiming. If passports will be claimed by an authorized representative, please present the ff:
• Original Receipt
• Applicants ID
• Authorization letter
6. Strictly No Cancellation/Passport pull-out allowed once lodge at the Embassy.
