Tourist Visa Requirements:

1.Philippine Passport • Broken passport is not accepted
• Passport must be signed and must have at least two (2) months blank visa pages.
2. Visa Application Form
• Application form should be filled out all items correctly, if item is not applicable, please fill in (N/A). Embassy may not accept application with blank item, no signature or no date in the Form; may deny the application that is filled out incorrectly or has wrong information.
3. Photo
• Specs: 4.5cm x 3.5cm, with white background
• Photo must be taken within 6 months
• Please write the applicant’s name and birth on back side photo
• Photo must be pasted on application form
4. Birth Certificate ORIGINAL
• Must be issued within one (1) year from PSA
• if birth certificate is unreadable or has incomplete information, please also provide birth certificate issued by Local Civil Register.
5. Marriage Certificate (if the applicant is married) ORIGINAL
•Must be issued within one (1) year from PSA.
• if there no in PSA, please submit a “ Certificate of Non-Record” from PSA together with a marriage certificate from the Local Civil Registar
• If marriage certificate is unreadable or has incomplete, please provide marriage certificate issued by the Local Civil Registar
6. Proof of Income/Savings
• Estimated €50 you will spend daily in Turkey (So you need to show that you can support yourself financially for A complete stay by producing recent bank, statements, a letter of support from another person etc.
7. Travel Insurance
• Must be covering the whole territory of Turkey with a minimum amount of €30,000.
8. Travel Itinerary
• You may present your booked, ongoing and returning flights, a bus ticket, etc.
9. Proof of Accommodation
• You may attach your hotel booking details or an invitation letter from your friend, family or host.
10. Police Clearance Certificate
• A certificate that you were not involved in criminal activities in recent years.
11. Documents related to the company organizing the trip: Only for group travellers.
12. Proof of Employment
• You need to attach proof of your status depending upon your work as an employee or own a business.
13. If your spouse is responsible for your expenses, then attach the documents of your spouse.

Terms & Conditions:

1. All Visa fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once paid regardless of the Cancellation/Granting/Withdrawal/Termination/Denial of Application.
2. Amkor Travel and Tours, Inc. does not disclose any results of the visa application/s via phone, SMS, and or email.
3. The embassy does not return any original documents submitted by the applicant/travel agency, except for passports.
4. Amkor Travel and Tours, Inc is not liable for any damages including loss of passports and/or documents during shipment (e.g. grab/lalamove/etc.)
5. Please bring the Original Receipt and a valid ID upon claiming. If passports will be claimed by an authorized representative, please present the ff:
• Original Receipt
• Applicants ID
• Authorization letter
6. Strictly No Cancellation/Passport pull-out allowed once lodge at the Embassy.
