Tourist Visa Requirements:

1. Current valid passport
2. 2pcs Passport size colored picture (white Background)
3. Visa Application Form
4. Bank certificate with 6 months Bank Statement
5. If employed:
• Certificate of Employment (start date of employment, salary, role, company contact details)
• Photocopy of Latest Income Tax Return
If self-employed:
• Business or Mayor’s Permit
• Business Registration (DTI or SEC)
• Photocopy of Latest Income Tax Return
If Senior Citizen:
• Photocopy of Senior ID
If Student:
• School Certificate
• Copy of School ID
6. PSA Birth Certificate
7. PSA Marriage Certificate (if married)
8. Hotel and Flight Reservation
9. Day-to-Day Itinerary
10. Invitation letter (if available) with passport copy of inviter
11. With Sponsor or Guarantor:
• Guarantee Letter
• Personal Bank Certificate with Bank Statement
• If Employed: Certificate of Employment and Income Tax Return
• If Self-employed: Business Permit, SEC or DTI, Income Tax Return
• Proof of relationship (like Birth and Marriage Certificate or Pictures Together)
12. Photocopy of Land/Property Title (if applicable)

Terms & Conditions:

1. All Visa fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once paid regardless of the Cancellation/Granting/Withdrawal/Termination/Denial of Application.

2. Amkor Travel and Tours, Inc. does not disclose any results of the visa application/s via phone, SMS, and or email.

3. The embassy does not return any original documents submitted by the applicant/travel agency, except for passports.

4. Amkor Travel and Tours, Inc is not liable for any damages including loss of passports and/or documents during shipment (e.g. grab/lalamove/etc.)

5. Please bring the Original Receipt and a valid ID upon claiming. If passports will be claimed by an authorized representative, please present the ff:
• Original Receipt
• Applicants ID
• Authorization letter

6. Strictly No Cancellation/Passport pull-out allowed once lodge at the Embassy.
