Visa requirements:

1. Passport: Must be valid for 6 months from the date of travel.
2. Visa Application Form: Must be completed.
3. Photographs: Two pieces of 4.5 cm x 3.5 cm pictures with a white background.
4. Daily Schedule: Detailed daily schedule in Japan.
5. PSA Birth & Marriage Certificate: Must be issued within 1 year

Itinerary:

Day 1: Arrival (Dinner)
• Arrive at Narita International Airport via 5J 5054 at 1135H.
• Dinner will be at the local restaurant.
• Transfer to Onsen Hotel or similar for check-in.

Day 2: Hakone - Gotemba (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
• Breakfast at the hotel.
• Pick up at the hotel, followed by a transfer to experience riding Hakone Cruise and Ropeway.
• Lunch will be at a local restaurant.
• Proceed to Gotemba Premium Outlet for shopping.
• Dinner will be at a local restaurant.
• Overnight stay at Shinjuku Prince Hotel or similar.

Day 3: Tokyo City Tour (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
• Breakfast at the hotel.
• On this day, you will visit Asakusa Temple and Nakamise Street.
• Lunch will be at a local restaurant.
• Proceed to Shibuya, followed by shopping in Harajuku.
• Dinner will be at a local restaurant.
• Transfer back to Shinjuku Prince Hotel or similar.

Day 4: Disneyland/sea (Breakfast)
• Breakfast at the hotel.
• On this day, let your inner child out as you visit Disneyland/sea: the Happiest Place on Earth and immerse yourself in a world of enchantment and wonder. Lunch and dinner will be at your own arrangement.
• Transfer back to Shinjuku Prince Hotel or a similar hotel.

Day 5: Departure (Breakfast)
• Breakfast at the hotel.
• Free time for leisure until pick-up and transfer to Narita International Airport for your departure back to Manila via Flight 5J 5057 at 2055H.
