By engaging with AMKOR in any form, you ("Customer," "Client," "You," or "Your") acknowledge, understand, and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions of service.
I. INTRODUCTION
AMKOR Travel & Tours Inc. provides the following services to its clients/customers:
- Booking of hotels, accommodations, airlines, cruises, and travel packages, both within and outside the Philippines.
- Rebooking & Documentation services (such as visa processing, passporting, and related services).
- Visa Processing and Passport Services.
- Travel Insurance.
- Transportation services related to travel arrangements.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all clients, customers, or persons engaging with AMKOR, whether through our website, physical store, or any other means of communication.
II. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing and using AMKOR's website, services, or by booking any travel products, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Should you disagree with any provision, please refrain from using our services. Your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of these Terms.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all individuals engaging with the company, whether for inquiries or for actual bookings or purchases.

A. GENERAL GUIDELINES

B. GUIDELINES FOR AVAILING PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Inquiries and Reservations
Inquiries made on the AMKOR website or other platforms do not constitute confirmed bookings. Reservations are only made after receiving final confirmation from the client and receipt of required payment.
Booking Confirmation and Payment
Bookings will only be confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment. Reservations are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Any changes made after confirmation may incur additional fees or result in the cancellation of the reservation without refund.
Service Availability and Rates
AMKOR does not guarantee the availability of services at the time of inquiry. Rates for accommodations, airline tickets, or other services may fluctuate and are subject to change without prior notice. Availability and pricing are contingent on third-party providers such as hotels, airlines, and tour operators.
Hotel and Accommodation Guidelines
AMKOR acts solely as an intermediary for hotel reservations. We do not guarantee the availability of specific room types or services, and accommodation rates may vary depending on availability.
Special Requests
AMKOR will endeavor to fulfill special requests (such as room preferences or early check-in requests), but these are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.
Travel Documentation
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all travel documents (e.g., passports, visas, and other legal travel requirements) are in order. AMKOR is not responsible for cancellations or penalties arising from incomplete or incorrect travel documentation.
Unused Services
No refunds will be issued for unused services, such as missed meals, transfers, or tours, for any reason.
C. CANCELLATION POLICY
Booking and Service Cancellations
All bookings made through AMKOR are subject to the cancellation policies of individual service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels). Cancellations made by the client/customer may incur cancellation charges, which are non-refundable. The cancellation policy is determined by the provider and will be communicated at the time of booking.
Non-Refundable Services
All services provided by AMKOR (e.g., tours, transfers, and certain travel-related services) are non-rebookable, non-endorsable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. This applies to all confirmed bookings, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing in the confirmation email or document.
Flight Cancellations and Immigration Profiling
AMKOR is not responsible for any cancellations, delays, or additional costs arising from immigration profiling, customs issues, government-imposed travel restrictions, or any other circumstances outside of our control. In such cases, our non-refundable policy will be strictly enforced.
D. RESTRICTIONS
Travel Services or Products Restrictions
Travel services or products offered by AMKOR may have their own specific restrictions. By default:
- All bookings made through AMKOR are subject to the cancellation policies of individual service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels). Cancellations made by the client/customer may incur cancellation charges, which are non-refundable.
- Non-Refundable Services: All services provided by AMKOR (such as tours, transfers, and certain travel-related services) are non-rebookable, non-endorsable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. This applies to all confirmed bookings unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing on the confirmation.
Please verify all details carefully before making a reservation to avoid issues with cancellation, rebooking, or refunds. Clients must ensure they are fully aware of any policies before booking, as AMKOR is not responsible for any losses arising from cancellations or rebookings.
E. REMINDERS FOR TRAVELERS
- For International Travel: Ensure that passports are valid for at least 6 months beyond the intended date of travel.
- For Domestic Travel: A valid government-issued identification card is required.
- Airport Check-In Times:
- International travel: At least 4 hours before departure.
- Domestic travel: At least 2 hours before departure.
- For Hotel Check-In: The general check-in time is from 14:00 on the day of arrival and check-out is at 12:00 noon on the day of departure.
IV. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms and Conditions, together with any other applicable agreements or policies provided by AMKOR, constitute the entire agreement between the parties concerning the use of AMKOR's services. This agreement supersedes all previous agreements, whether written or oral.
