Visa requirements:

1. Passport: Must be valid for 6 months from the date of travel.
2. Visa Application Form: Must be completed.
3. Photographs: Two pieces of 4.5 cm x 3.5 cm pictures with a white background.
4. Daily Schedule: Detailed daily schedule in Japan.
5. PSA Birth & Marriage Certificate: Must be issued within 1 year

Itinerary:

Day 1: Arrival (Lunch, Dinner)
• Arrive at Nagoya International Airport via Flight PR438 at 1115H. 
• Pick-up and transfer to visit Nagoya Castle & Atsuta Jingu. 
• Lunch and dinner will be at a local restaurant.
• Transfer to Cypress Garden Nagoya or similar.

Day 2: Nagoya (Breakfast, Lunch, Diner)
• Breakfast at the Hotel.
• Pick-up at the hotel, then transfer to Shirakawago, a UNESCO site in Japan. 
• Proceed to Nabano No Sato.
• Lunch and dinner will be a local restaurant.
• Transfer back to Cypress Garden Nagoya or similar.

Day 3: Osu Kannon Temple - Mt.Fuji (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
• Breakfast at the Hotel and check-out.
• Pick-up at the hotel, then transfer to Osu Kannon Temple & Osu Shopping District. 
• Transfer to Mt. Fuji via Shinkansen.
• Lunch and dinner will be at a local restaurant.
• Transfer to Tominoko Onsen Hotel or similar.

Day 4: Hakone - Gotemba (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
• Breakfast at the Hotel and check-out.
• Pick-up at the hotel, then transfer to experience Hakone cruise and ropeway. 
• Proceed to Gotemba Outlet for shopping.
• Lunch and dinner will be at a local restaurant.
• Transfer to Sunshine City Prince Hotel or similar.

Day 5: Tokyo (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
• Breakfast at the Hotel.
• Pick-up at the hotel, then transfer to Asakusa & Nakamise Street.
Visit Tokyo Tower 150 provides stunning 360-degree panoramic views of Tokyo.
• Proceed to Shibuya crossing and visit Hachiko statue.
• Lunch and dinner will be at a local restaurant.
• Transfer back to Sunshine City Prince Hotel or similar.

Day 6: Free time (Breakfast)
• Breakfast at the Hotel.
• Free time to explore tokyo on your own Optional tour: Disneyland/Disneysea
• Lunch and dinner will be on your own arrangement. 
• Transfer back to Sunshine City Prince Hotel or similar.

Day 7: Departure (Breakfast)
• Breakfast at the Hotel and check-out.
• Free time for leisure until transfer to Haneda International Airport for your flight back to Manila via Flight PR421 at 1505H.
