General Requirements:

1. Original passport plus a photocopy of the name (Current and old)
• Passports have at least 6 months left before expiration
• Passport should have at least 2 blank pages.
• Photocopy of previous Chinese visa
• If previous Chinese visa is on an old passport is required
2. Visa Application Form
• All fields must be completed. If a section does not apply to you, type “None” or “N/a”
3. One Recent Passport Photo (33 mm width x 48mm height)
• Photo needs to contain your full face on a white background and no accessories
• Photo cannot be older than 6 months
4.Itinerary, Hotel and Roundtrip flight confirmation If the applicant is an employee/businessman
• If employed, Original Employment Certificate (detailing Salary and the length of Employment) with company ID
• If self-employed/Business, SEC/DTI with Business Permit/Mayor’s Permit
• Original Bank Certificate with Original receipt. -
- Should indicate the following: Account opening date, type of account, average daily balance and to date/current balance
• Bank Statement for the last 6 months/passbook detailing transaction for 6 months (certified true copy for passbook)
• Latest BIR-issued Income Tax Return (ITR-Form 2316/1701/1702) with BIR-received stamp and issued for the last taxable year.
If a company will sponsor the trip
Provide the following:
• Original Bank Certificate with Original receipt. -
- Should indicate the following: Account opening date, type of account, average daily balance and to date/current balance
• Bank Statement for the last 6 months/passbook detailing transaction for 6 months (certified true copy for passbook)
• Affidavit of support
• Invitation letter from the company
• Latest BIR-issued Income Tax Return (ITR-Form 2316/1701/1702) with BIR-received stamp and issued for the last taxable year.
• Business registration
If an individual will sponsor the trip
Provide the following:
• Original Bank Certificate with Original receipt.

• Bank Statement for the last 6 months/passbook detailing transaction for 6 months (certified true copy for passbook)
• Sponsorship
• Invitation letter
• Copy of sponsor’s valid residence visa
• Passport bio page or Chinese national ID
If the applicant is a student
• School ID
• School Certificate
• Affidavit of support
• Financial documents of supporter
• PSA Birth Certificate

Terms & Conditions:

1. All Visa fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once paid regardless of the Cancellation/Granting/Withdrawal/Termination/Denial of Application.
2. Amkor Travel and Tours, Inc. does not disclose any results of the visa application/s via phone, SMS, and or email.
3. The embassy does not return any original documents submitted by the applicant/travel agency, except for passports.
4. Amkor Travel and Tours, Inc is not liable for any damages including loss of passports and/or documents during shipment (e.g. grab/lalamove/etc.)
5. Please bring the Original Receipt and a valid ID upon claiming. If passports will be claimed by an authorized representative, please present the ff:
• Original Receipt
• Applicants ID
• Authorization letter
6. Strictly No Cancellation/Passport pull-out allowed once lodge at the Embassy.
