ITINERARY:

DAY 1: ARRIVAL (D)

Upon arrival at Incheon International Airport, meet your local guide and receive a packed dinner of gimbap and juice. Afterward, transfer to your hotel in Seoul for check-in and overnight stay.

DAY 2: SEOUL - NAMI ISLAND (B/L/D)

After breakfast at the hotel, depart for Nami Island via ferry, a romantic destination famously featured in Winter Sonata. Continue to Gangchon Rail Park where you’ll enjoy a scenic rail bike ride (4 persons per ride, ticket included). Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before heading to the picturesque Garden of the Morning Calm, a beautifully landscaped garden known for its seasonal beauty. After the tour, return to Seoul and have dinner at a local restaurant before going back to the hotel for rest.

DAY 3: SUWON CULTURAL TOUR (B/L/D)

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before visiting a local Ginseng Outlet and Cosmetic Shop. Proceed to Suwon to explore Suwon Hwaseong Fortress, a UNESCO World Heritage site, followed by a stroll through Haengridan-gil, a trendy cultural street lined with cafes and boutiques. After lunch at a local restaurant, visit Starfield Suwon Byeolmadang Library, an architectural gem and popular photo spot. End the day with dinner at a local restaurant and return to the hotel in Seoul.

DAY 4: FREE LEISURE DAY (B)

Start your day with breakfast at the hotel. The rest of the day is yours to enjoy at leisure with no guide or transfer service provided. You can explore Seoul, shop, or dine at your own pace.

DAY 5: CITY HIGHLIGHTS & DEAPRTURE (B/L)

After breakfast, begin the day with a photo stop at Gwanghwamun Square and the tranquil Cheonggyecheon Stream. Proceed to Gyeongbok Palace, where you have the option to wear a hanbok for an additional $20. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant, then visit the Amethyst Showcase and Red Pine Tree Shop for shopping. Finally, transfer to the airport via a stop at a Korean Souvenir Shop, and board your flight back to Manila.

BOOKING CONDITIONS:

• A non-refundable deposit of USD 300 is required to secure your reservation.
• If a visa application is denied, all associated fees, including visa, processing, and deposit fees, are non-refundable.
• The itinerary is subject to change due to local conditions, weather, government regulations, or unforeseen circumstances. The travel agency reserves the right to make adjustments for the safety and satisfaction of guests.
• Full payment is required either upon visa release or 30 days before departure, whichever comes first. Non-payment may result in cancellation without refund.
• Full cancellation charges apply for cancellations made within 30 days of departure.
• Package prices are quoted in USD. Payments made in Philippine pesos will follow the airline exchange rate at the time of payment.
• Rates apply only to the specified room type (TWIN/TRIPLE SHARING), itinerary, and inclusions detailed in the package. Any special requests (e.g., room upgrades, additional services, single supplement) will incur additional costs.
• A minimum of 20 passengers is required for the tour to operate at the published price. If fewer than 20 passengers are confirmed, the agency may cancel the tour or apply a surcharge per person.
• Rates are subject to change and depend on availability at the time of booking.
• Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the deposit and a formal confirmation from the travel agency.
• The travel agency is not liable for delays, disruptions, or cancellations caused by events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.
• Travelers are strongly encouraged to purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen events.
• Travelers are responsible for securing valid passports, visas, and other required documents. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of all payments made.
• Travelers must adhere to all health and safety protocols required by the destination, including vaccinations and testing. Non-compliance may result in denied entry or trip cancellation without refund.
• Special requests (e.g., dietary needs, room preferences) must be made at booking. Efforts will be made to accommodate them, but they are not guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
• The travel agency acts as an intermediary for service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels) and is not liable for any issues, damages, or losses caused by these third parties.
• Child and infant rates are subject to supplier policies. Proof of age may be required.
• No refunds will be provided for unused services, such as meals, transfers, or tours, for any reason.
• Passengers with previous visa denials, overstays, or any illegal stay in Korea are not eligible for the visa-guaranteed program.
