• All packages are non-rebookable, non-endorsable, and non-refundable once confirmed.

• Child and infant rates are subject to supplier policies. Proof of age may be required.
• No refunds will be provided for unused services.
• Passengers with previous visa denials/overstays/illegal stay in Japan are not eligible for the visa-guaranteed program.
