Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility
   The promotion is open to all Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation (RCBC) Credit, Debit, and Prepaid Cardholders whose cards are active and in good standing at the time of booking and payment.
2. Payment Requirement
   To avail of the promotion, the full transaction amount must be charged to the Cardholder’s valid RCBC Credit, Debit, or Prepaid Card.
3. Reservation Requirement
   Prior reservation is required to avail of the promotional offer and is subject to availability of flights, accommodations, and tour packages at the time of booking.
4. Identification Requirement
   Presentation of a valid government-issued identification card and proof of RCBC Card ownership may be required upon booking or payment verification.
5. Booking and Cancellation Policy
   For non-refundable bookings, reversals or refunds will not be permitted. Changes or cancellations may be subject to applicable supplier penalties, airline rules, and other charges as imposed by the respective service providers.
6. Visa Processing Assistance
   AMKOR Travel may assist with visa processing services where applicable. Visa approval remains solely at the discretion of the respective embassy or consulate. AMKOR Travel does not guarantee visa approval and shall not be held liable for any visa denial.
7. Non-Transferability
   The promotional offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, discounts, or vouchers unless otherwise stated by the merchant.
8. Senior Citizen and PWD Discount
   In the purchase of goods and services in connection with this promotion, Senior Citizens or Persons with Disability (PWD) may choose to avail of either the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher or more applicable.
9. Data Privacy and Consent
   By participating in this promotion and submitting personal information for booking or inquiry, the Cardholder acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the Data Privacy Policy and Terms of Service of AMKOR Travel & Tours Inc. as published on the official website.

   Cardholders consent to the collection, processing, and storage of their personal data solely for purposes related to booking, transaction processing, customer service, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
10. Amendments
    Any amendment to these Promo Mechanics shall be subject to the approval of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).
11. Dispute Resolution
    All questions or disputes regarding this promotion shall be subject to the final decision of Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation (RCBC) and AMKOR Travel & Tours Inc., with the concurrence of DTI, which shall be considered final and binding.
12. Card Terms and Conditions
    The Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of RCBC Credit, Debit, and Prepaid Cards are incorporated herein by reference and form an integral part of these Promo Mechanics.
