• Passport: Must be valid for 6 months from the date of travel.
• Visa Application Form: Must be completed.
• Photographs: Two pieces of 4.5 cm x 3.5 cm pictures with a white background.
• Daily Schedule: Detailed daily schedule in Japan.
• PSA Birth & Marriage Certificate: Must be issued within 1 year

Itinerary:

Day 1: Arrival
• Arrive at Kansai International Airport via Flight 5J 828 at 1900H.
• Dinner will be at your own arrangement.
• Transfer to Karaksa Osaka Namba Hotel or similar for check-in.

Day 2: Free day (Breakfast)
• Breakfast at the Hotel.
• Enjoy free time to roam and shop around at your own pace.
• Lunch and dinner will be at your own arrangement.
• Overnight stay at Karaksa Osaka Namba or similar.

Day 3: Osaka - Nara (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
• Breakfast at the Hotel.
• Pick up at the hotel for transfer to Nara Deer Park, and Todaiji Temple.
• Proceed to Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori.
• Lunch and dinner will be at a local restaurant.
• Overnight stay at Karaksa Osaka Namba Hotel or similar.

Day 4: Osaka - Toyohashi (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
• Breakfast at the hotel.
• Check out from the hotel, followed by pick-up for transfer to Kiyomizudera and a visit to Fushimi Inari Taisha.
• Lunch and dinner will be at a local restaurant.
• Transfer to Loisir Toyohashi Hotel or similar.

Day 5: Toyohashi - Fuji (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
• Breakfast at the hotel.
• Check out from the hotel, followed by pick-up for transfer to experience Hakone Cruise and Ropeway.
• Proceed to Gotemba Premium Outlet for shopping.
• Lunch and dinner will be at a local restaurant.
• Transfer to Tominoko Hotel or similar.

Day 6: Free day (Breakfast)
• Breakfast at the hotel.
• Enjoy free time to roam and shop around at your own pace.
• Lunch and dinner will be at your own arrangement.
• Overnight stay at Tominoko Hotel or similar.

Day 7: Departure (Breakfast, Lunch)
• Breakfast at the hotel.
• Check out from the hotel, followed by a pick-up for transfer to Asakusa and Nakamise, then proceed to Shibuya crossing.
• Lunch will be at a local restaurant.
• Transfer to Narita International Airport for your departure back to Manila via Flight 5J 5057 at 2055H.
